Start at the stated pickup point
An operator may collect at a central office, a limited hotel zone or a specific road. Keep the pickup window and telephone contact handy, and ask whether luggage travels with you through every transfer stage.
Choose the right Hanoi arrival
A final stop in Hanoi may not be near your airport, railway station or next hotel. Compare the stated drop-off with your onward journey and budget for a local ride if necessary.
Protect onward connections
Ferry queues and road traffic can add time to a return trip. Build a generous buffer before a flight or train; a timetable is an estimate of the service, not a guarantee of your personal connection.
